The fees below are offered to all our clients, both retail and institutional, with additional discounts available for asset levels above $25 million. It is our philosophy that the reward for taking risk should go to the risk taker (that is, the investor) and not the investment manager.
 
Please note that the Performance-based option is available only to Qualified Clients as defined by Rule 205-3 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (17 CFR 275.205-3) or Qualified Purchasers as defined in Section 2(a)(51)(A) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (15 U.S.C. 80a). The performance fee is calculated based on the account's returns in excess of its benchmark (plus base fee), with high-water-marks.
